The Flickering Effect

To make the flickering light effect in the video, I first inserted a black solid layer above the video.  Then, in video effects, I changed the opacity to alternate between 30% and 40%. Changing the opacity of the black layer makes the video look like it is getting brighter and darker, having an uneven space between each key frame gives a realistic flickering effect.
